We want you to be completely satisfied with your next-gen electronics purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with both local and international ecommerce standards.
1. The 7-Day Replacement & Return Window
We offer a 7-day return and replacement window for all eligible electronic items.
The countdown begins from the date you receive your package (as confirmed by our courier/logistics tracking data).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-activated, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
It must also be in its original, pristine factory-sealed packaging (including all original boxes, plastic wraps, manuals, cables, and accessories).
2. Eligible Conditions for a Return
You can request a return or replacement if the product falls under any of the following categories:
Manufacturing Defect: The electronic item is faulty, won’t turn on, or has a functional defect straight out of the box.
Transit Damage: The product package arrived damaged due to courier handling. (Note: Please report transit damage within 24 hours of delivery).
Incorrect Item: You received a different product, color, or specification than what you ordered on the Site.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned due to hygiene, software licensing, and security reasons:
Items with tampered, broken, or opened factory seals (unless a functional manufacturing defect is proven).
In-ear audio products (such as earbuds) if the packaging box has been opened, due to hygiene standards.
Products that show signs of physical abuse, water damage, internal short-circuits due to wrong voltage usage, or unauthorized technical modifications.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email us at support@zaphpen.com or message our WhatsApp helpline within 7 days of delivery.
Provide Proof: Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the product condition or defect.
Inspection Authorization: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
For Local Orders: We may arrange a courier pickup or ask you to ship it to our hub.
For International Orders: You will be guided on how to safely ship the item back to our nearest international fulfillment warehouse.
5. Refunds & Processing Timelines
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, our technical team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days to verify the reported issue.
Approved Returns (Defects/Wrong Items): If approved, you can choose either a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
Refund Methods:
International Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original Credit/Debit card used during checkout. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Local Payments / COD: Refunds will be processed via Direct Bank Transfer or your preferred secure digital mobile wallet within 3 business days.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or our mistake (wrong item), Zaphpen will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is a “change of mind” request (only applicable if the factory seal is 100% unbroken), the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.
